Our vehicle developed a low tire pressure and we went to the dealership. There was something in the tire causing it to go down. We did not have an appointment, but the service center fixed the tire issue in a timely manner and we were able to get on with our day.

I came in with a flat tire and a piece of metal in it . I was taken care of right away . I needed a new tire and one was acquired from an outside source and replaced . Two and a half hours later I was out of there .

Alex gave excellent customer service. He was very kind and helpful. As long as i continue to receive coupons to keep cost at a reasonable price, i will continue to use the dealership gor service. However why not lower the price instead of the coupons. Most of the time i receive them when i don't need an oil change.

Payton was awesome! I had two different vehicles I was considering. She had both of them available for comparison. She was in contact before delivery, during, and after.

I made the appointment Thursday and had the service completed Friday morning. Very easy to schedule. I also could work while I waited.
