Great service department

We enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and the good service from everyone especially Andrew Anderson and Mr. Kelky.

Service was performed in a timely manner. Since it was heavily snowing the service advisor took the extra effort to warm up my Enclave and bring it back into the service bay so I didn't have to go outside.

Fast and easy. My rep Jake was super quick and helpful. Also Chuck, the shuttle driver, was the best part of my experience!

the service with on-star helping was fine except for the wrecker not showing-up for 1 hour and 45 minutes. The police had to call Parkers Towing to come and get the car. The service at Tom Kelley GMC was outstanding. The general manager Stefanie personally helped my wife and gave us a loaner and our service advisor Alex Echenoz kept us up to date all the way thru repairs. great job by the entire dealership
