Took longer than expected, over 1.5 hours for oil change

Service Manager Jason did an excellent job figuring out and identifying the front suspension noise along with a radiator leak in our Acadia. Jason and service rep Dominic did a fantastic job getting the repair work covered thru warranty and the repairs completed and the vehicle back to us in a timely manner. Staff was very courteous and helpful.

Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable especially our salesperson Payton who was excellent! Ryan was just great at explaining the features of our new car.

Service is fine. I have an issue with my radio losing the audio function and cannot get diagnosed. This has been going on since the day I bought the vehicle. It is an intermittent problem.

Visit was quick and successful.

Scheduling scheduled me at the wrong location, but the people at the GMC/Buick location got me right in and done in a timely manner.

Everything was good and on time, Paul Coy was great as always!

Took in due to Tonneau cover not working, charged $200 and said it was working fine. Less than a week later it is not working again.
